Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Outbound Specialist to manage an assigned lead queue and conduct proactive outbound outreach. You will guide clients through account setup, digital enrollment, and onboarding activities, while resolving issues in collaboration with bankers, product, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes phone-based outreach, resilience in a high-volume environment, and measurable outcomes related to contact rates, funding, and digital banking adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–4 years of client management, outbound sales, or contact center experience.
• Experience with business banking or money movement products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to assigned clients and document interactions.
• Guide clients through account setup and digital enrollment.
• Drive onboarding outcomes: funding, online banking enrollment, and debit card activation.
• Assist with client issues or banker questions and escalate when needed.
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers and partner teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful client outcomes.
