U.S. Bank is seeking an Outbound Specialist to manage proactive client outreach, guide onboarding, and resolve issues with bankers and operations. This individual-contributor role emphasizes measurable outcomes like contact rate, funding, and digital banking adoption.

Based in Denver, you will work from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, build strong client relationships, document interactions, and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-4 years of client management, outbound sales, or contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Exercise judgment and make decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line.
• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to assigned clients, maintaining a disciplined call cadence, follow-up, and accurate documentation.
• Drive core onboarding outcomes, including account funding, online banking enrollment, debit card activation, and bill pay or money movement setup.
• Assist with the resolution of client issues or Banker questions, leveraging applicable tools to resolve or elevate to the appropriate support channel.
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers and partner teams for follow‑up.
• Interact with clients and other departments to ensure successful client outcomes, communicating to the client as appropriate.
