Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop early career professionals.
• Experience in building top-of-funnel pipelines and managing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Demand Generation Representatives to build top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Coach and mentor early career professionals to exceed quarterly KPIs and grow leadership skills.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, technical specialists, and partners to drive opportunities.
• Provide data-driven coaching and participate in monthly business reviews.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics (calls, meetings, opportunities).
• Drive adoption of GenAI tools and contribute to DG-wide initiatives.
