Job summary

Outpost is seeking its first Head of Demand Generation to build the demand engine from the ground up. Based at our Austin, TX headquarters, this senior role reports to Ari Bixhorn and owns the full funnel for enterprise buyers in supply-chain tech.

You’ll run multi-channel campaigns, ABM plays, and content production to convert target accounts into qualified demos and measurable pipeline, working closely with sales leadership and our product/marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Enterprise B2B demand gen experience in senior marketing roles.
• Hands-on with ABM, audience building, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Fluency with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
• Strong data analytics and funnel reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Campaign strategy and multi-channel execution across emails, ads, and direct mail.
• Tiered ABM plays against top accounts with always-on coverage.
• Develop campaign assets: emails, landing pages, one-pagers, and follow-up content.
• Own conference pipeline: pre/post-event campaigns and onsite lead capture.
• Budget management and channel mix optimization with funnel reporting.
