Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of telesales, retail, or call center experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven success in customer service or sales with strong closing skills.
• Proficiency with web-based systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to promote DOCOMO PACIFIC’s products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Promote and sell new or additional services to drive growth.
• Follow up after sales to confirm satisfaction and installation.
• Maintain accurate sales logs and CRM records.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Educate customers on product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
• Perform territory audits to prevent unauthorized usage.
• Work independently and collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
