Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider, expanding across consumer products and tech. We seek an Outbound Shipping Clerk to support outbound orders, paperwork, and carrier coordination in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle data entry in WMS, collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams, and operate warehouse equipment as needed (certified). A strong English reader/writer is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Previous experience in warehousing and shipping operations.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and associated paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and supervise in department; coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Enter data into warehouse management system and file documents/forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor and with warehouse equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified by Arvato.

Job Description

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organization.

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).
