Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk in Las Vegas to support outbound orders and related paperwork. You will work with carriers, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate documentation and on‑time delivery.

Responsibilities include data entry into the warehouse management system, filing documents, and occasional operation of warehouse equipment when certified. Work shifts are A or B, with weekend rotation as required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and related paperwork (BOLS, manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with carriers and supervise this department; coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and file documents.
• Occasionally operate warehouse equipment on the floor, with certification.

Job Description

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organisation.

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).
• Work schedule: A or B shift
  • A Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 6am-6:30 pm and every other Saturday from 6am-2:30 pm.
  • B Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 6am-6:30 pm and every other Saturday from 6am-2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to commute daily to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115

• The pay rate for Las Vegas, NV: $19.00 per hour
