Η Best Service Team αναζητά έναν/μία Outbound Call Sales Agent για την ελληνική αγορά. Η θέση είναι απομακρυσμένη και με μερική απασχόληση, 4 ώρες ανά ημέρα, ιδανική για αυτοδιαχείριση. Θα επικοινωνείτε με δυνητικούς πελάτες στην Ελλάδα, θα παρουσιάζετε προϊόντα και θα ολοκληρώνετε πωλήσεις, διατηρώντας αρχείο δραστηριότητας στο CRM.

Qualifications

• Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά, γραπτά και προφορικά.
• Διαθεσιμότητα για μερική απασχόληση: 4 ώρες/μέρα.
• Εμπειρία σε πώλησεις ή σε παρόμοιο ρόλο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
• Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
• Ικανότητα εργασίας σε γρήγορο και αποτελεσματικό περιβάλλον.

Responsibilities

• Πραγματοποίηση εξωτερικών κλήσεων σε δυνητικούς πελάτες στην Ελλάδα, παρουσίαση προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών με αυτοπεποίθηση.
• Εντοπισμός αναγκών πελατών και επίδειξη πώς προσφέρετε λύσεις.
• Καταγραφή όλων των αλληλεπιδράσεων και δραστηριοτήτων πώλησης στο CRM.
• Συνεργασία με την ομάδα για βέλτιστες πρακτικές και στρατηγικές πωλήσεων.
• Συνεχής εκπαίδευση για ενημέρωση σε προϊόντα και τεχνικές πωλήσεων.

The Role: Outbound Call Sales Agent for the Greek Market

Join our dedicated team as an Outbound Call Sales Agent targeting the Greek market. Whether you’re a seasoned sales professional or just starting out, we want enthusiastic individuals ready to connect with customers and drive our sales efforts forward.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• The Connector: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in Greece, presenting our products and services with confidence and clarity.

• The Record Keeper: Document all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for part-time work: 4 hours per day.
• Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
