You will be the voice of the dealership, building relationships with customers through proactive outreach and connecting them with the right vehicles and services.

In this onsite, full-time role you will make outbound calls, document interactions in the CRM, collaborate with sales and service teams, and strive to exceed goals

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, driven, and motivated to meet goals.
• Ability to learn quickly and use CRM or contact management software effectively.
