Scion Staffing, Inc. is conducting a search for an Inside Appointment Setter in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a full-time, onsite/direct-hire position with a well-established local client in the commercial cleaning and facilities services sector.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting and building relationships with commercial decision-makers to identify future business opportunities. The successful candidate will focus on thoughtful follow-up, patient engagement, and long-term pipeline

Qualifications

• Personable with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable making approximately 60 calls per day.
• Patient and persistent in following up with prospects.
• Strong organizational skills for follow-ups and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consistent outbound calls to prospective commercial accounts and initiate conversations with key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects by understanding their business needs and timelines.
• Identify when contracts may expire or when bids may occur.
• Establish follow-up schedules and reconnect with prospects when timing is right.
• Maintain records of conversations, contract dates, bid timing, and potential opportunity size.
• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team and build a long-term pipeline.
