Job summary

Mercury Marine, a Brunswick Corporation brand, is seeking an Outboard Engine Assembler to join the Mercury Racing team in Wisconsin. You will perform assembly tasks per procedures to meet production schedules, using hand tools and measuring devices, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2-year technical training, 1–5 years related experience, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly activities per trained procedures and work instructions.
• Carry out repetitive processes to meet production needs.
• Prepare long block assembly and dress/ancillary components as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble mechanical systems correctly.
• Utilize various assembly tools and measuring devices.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to safety rules.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
