Job summary

Brunswick Corporation's Mercury Racing division is seeking a hands-on assembler for Outboard Engine builds on the 1st shift. You will apply trained procedures to assemble long block components, gear sets and related parts, using a variety of tools and measuring devices to meet the production schedule.

Ideal candidates have a High School education, strong mechanical skills, and a reliable work ethic. A safety-conscious mindset and good communication are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing

  • Must have strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform all tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities and a quality-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication, reliability, and safety-conscious work habits are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly activities as required using trained procedures and work instructions.
  • Carry out repetitive processes to meet production needs.
  • Prepare long block assembly and dress/ancillary component assembly.
  • Disassemble and reassemble mechanical systems correctly when required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area following procedures and plant safety rules.
