• Set up, adjust, and changeover equipment with appropriate tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Perform inspection at required intervals.
• Take action when out of tolerance situations occur.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in training and cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies.
• Set up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules.
• Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals.
• Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and cross‑training to support flexible workforce needs.
