Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks a Contract Coordinator – Level 3 in Indiantown, FL to support vendor activities across pre-outage, outage, and post-outage phases. You will manage POs, change orders, and vendor communications while ensuring accurate costs and timely invoicing.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple vendors and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Experience with Purchase Orders, contracts, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with Time & Materials (T&M) contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Outage: review POs, align with contracts, coordinate change orders, maintain vendor communications.
• Outage: monitor POs and service confirmations, resolve errors, approve service confirmations, monitor burn rates.
• Post-Outage: ensure complete post-outage cost summary, complete invoicing, participate in cost negotiations, review vendor performance.
