Pepco Holdings seeks a Complaint Dispatcher B-NERC to efficiently coordinate field resources and support rapid outage responses. This role requires strong communication, timely scheduling, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will work with multiple teams to prioritize, dispatch, and report on outage-related activities. The position emphasizes NERC compliance, variable shift coverage, and the ability to travel to dispatch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive information from various sources and coordinate response for routine and emergency work.
• Schedule and assign field resources to complete work in a timely manner.
• Coordinate resources and priorities with various groups and departments.
• Track, measure, and report performance to meet business goals.
• Answer and process telephone calls from customers, contractors and employees.
• Dispatch and perform clerical duties related to meter orders, outages, and field work.
• Promote safe, efficient operation and strong customer relations.
