Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Complaint Dispatcher B-NERC to coordinate field crews and prioritize outages with precision. The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including emergencies and storm events.

You will monitor resources, dispatch orders, and collaborate with system operators to meet restoration goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires High School/GED and ability to pass qualification testing.
• Must work rotating shifts and holidays including weekends as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with dispatch or operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of NERC requirements and safety rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch field personnel for routine and emergency work.
• Schedule and assign field resources to complete tasks timely.
• Track, measure and report performance to meet goals.
• Answer calls from customers, contractors and employees.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM/B system and other reports.
