Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in contract or project management in industrial sectors.
• Experience with customer-facing commercial agreements.
• Ability to manage financial commitments and SLAs.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of customer subscription service agreements and ensure successful execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and financial targets.
• Identify growth opportunities with regional Sales and Service teams.
• Lead contract governance activities and risk management.
• Coordinate safety programs, site reviews, and training to meet HSE standards.
• Manage a portfolio across multiple industries and drive KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize contract performance and retention.
• Maintain contract records, forecasts, and performance reports while mitigating risks.
