Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in power plant operations or maintenance; 6+ years in related field.
• Experience leading/supervising employees in a related field.
• Knowledge of outage planning and execution, safety & environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead outage planning, scheduling, and execution across units.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors per policy.
• Develop and manage outage work plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
