Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of power plant operations or maintenance experience or a Baccalaureate degree in an Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading/supervising employees in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and emphasizes importance of safety and environmental programs by monitoring safety concerns and incidents.
• Represents plant as Outage Authority and process subject matter expert for corporate activities.
• Coordinates the development and use of work scope packages for outages including related pre and post outage activities.
• Oversees the development of work order plan packages covering labor, material, equipment, LO/TO, and QA requirements.
• Leads the development and implementation of outage resource and performance strategies for outage work.
