Job summary

Southern Nuclear seeks an experienced Reactor Services Project Manager (Fleet) based at Vogtle to lead outage activities across the fleet. You will oversee reactor services, refueling, SG maintenance, RCP work, and under-vessel tasks, coordinating with site managers and vendor personnel to ensure safe, on-time execution.

You will travel up to 60% and may be relocated to other sites as needed, mentoring technicians and ensuring adherence to SNC standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial nuclear plant experience required.
• Technical and Project Management background in Nuclear Power preferred.
• Previous experience supervising union craft personnel in a commercial plant preferred.
• Provide direct supervision of Reactor Services Technicians (must maintain an SNC First Line Supervisor qualification).
• Ability to travel up to 60% and support up to 3–5 planned outages per year.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for planning, execution, and oversight for RXS outage scope (70%).
• Serve as an experienced RXS PM and lead outage readiness.
• Coordinate with site personnel for support tasks and tooling checks.
• Develop outage-related administrative tools and standard procedures across sites.
• Monitor outage performance and report status monthly.
