Job summary

Southern Nuclear is seeking an experienced Site Projects Planning Supervisor for Vogtle 3&4 to lead a team of planners and schedulers and ensure effective capital project delivery. You will set standards, monitor performance, and collaborate with site stakeholders to support project implementation.

The role also involves supporting field activities as needed and contributing to continuous improvement across Fleet Projects and the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years nuclear power experience in Construction, Projects, Engineering, Maintenance, Work Management, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of work planners and schedulers to support capital projects at the Vogtle site.
• Set and reinforce management standards and expectations; monitor performance.
• Represent the department to other plant stakeholders and work with the Site Projects Manager.
