Responsibilities

• Prioritize routine and emergency work to meet customer needs.
• Operate distribution applications during routine and emergency switching procedures.
• Communicate instructions clearly via radio and telephone; prepare clear written communications.
• Respond to overtime during outages and high-stress periods.
• Update and maintain mapping systems; support all DDC team members.
• Participate in planning team safety meetings and foster a positive work culture.
• Progress through company-defined training and testing to Operator Grade 2 within set timeframes.
