Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize routine and emergency work to meet customer needs.
• Operate distribution applications during switching procedures.
• Communicate clearly using radio and telephone systems.
• Work under pressure during critical system conditions.
• Respond to overtime and outages as needed.
• Update and maintain mapping systems.
• Support all DDC team members.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
