Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two+ years in Line, Substation, Generation, or DDC Support.
• Two years in DDC dispatching, or four+ years in relevant departments.
• Must pass HireVue Dispatcher Worker assessment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize routine and emergency work to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Operate distribution applications during routine and emergency switching procedures.
• Communicate verbal instructions clearly via radio/phone and written communications.
• Be able to work under pressure during periods of critical system conditions.
• Update and maintain mapping systems; support DDC team members.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Progress to Operator Grade 2 within company timelines.
