Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with outage management and customer communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
Monitors documentation for project monitoring, costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review.
Delivers data analysis and BI reports, including high-visibility requests and audits.
Coordinates research to inform decision making on priorities and needs.
Maintains systems/tools to support business operations analysis and records management.
