Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in engineering or IT or 5+ years in IT, DCC/TCC operations or engineering.
• Strong teamwork, cross-organizational collaboration and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support distribution analytics software and pilot platforms.
• Coordinate issue triage, defect tracking, and resolution with IT and vendors.
• Develop dashboards and analytic tools for actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliable system performance.
• Support outages data analysis and regulatory data requests during events.
• Create documentation, process flows, and user guidance.
