Job summary

Eden Prairie Public Schools is seeking a School-Age Care Lead Program Assistant to support the Eagle Zone program and out-of-school-time activities, ensuring high-quality care and alignment with district expectations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, First Aid/CPR preferred, and relevant education or experience with PreK–Grade 5 children.

Training will be provided, and shifts run morning and after school.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Training will be required for all staff.
• Experience: Two years of post secondary education in Child Development, education, or related field, preferred.
• One-year successful experience working with PreK-Grade 5 aged children in a childcare or education setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and delivery of the Eagle Zone school-age care program.
• Support out-of-school-time programming at the site level in accordance with quality assessment tools.
