Job summary

Omega CDC is seeking a Program Manager of Out of School Time to lead after-school and summer programs across partner schools in Dayton. You will supervise staff and ensure programs align with plans, policies, and stakeholder agreements, while coordinating family engagement and community partnerships.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, budgeting awareness, and the ability to work with school personnel, families, and community partners to advance scholar achievement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, social work, child development, recreation, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for full-time and contracted Out of School Time staff.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality programming.
• Co-develop and deliver professional development for Out of School Time staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings to support communication and accountability.
• Ensure staff involvement in partner school teams (BLT, PSC, MTSS).
• Plan and implement family engagement events and activities.
• Develop relationships with parents, caregivers, and community partners to support scholar learning.
