Experience leading associates and managing a youth or community-based program.
Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing budgets, tracking outcomes, and completing reports.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
A passion for creating safe, engaging experiences for young people.
Lead a high-quality OST program aligned with grant requirements and youth-development best practices.
Supervise approximately5-10 direct reports
Hire, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate program associates.
Approve time and attendance and address performance concerns as needed.
Build strong relationships with school leaders, families, and community partners.
Monitor staffing hours, expenses, and resources to remain within the grant budget.
Track program outcomes and complete required reports and compliance documentation.
Lead staff meetings and one-on-one meetings with direct reports.
Attend organizational and school-based meetings, as scheduled work hours allow.
Support participant recruitment, enrollment, and approved outreach activities.

Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, youth development, or a related field preferred; or at least three years of relevant experience.
Experience supervising associates and managing youth-development, education, or community programs.
Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgets, grants, or program reporting preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard workplace technology.
