Omnicom Media is seeking a Producer, IMPACT X (Experiential) to lead the ideation-to-execution of activations for major brands in the entertainment space. You will manage multiple projects with varying budgets, craft client-facing decks, and ensure on‑time delivery by coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong storytelling, production scheduling, and a proactive approach to expanding services while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ event planning/experiential/production experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Self‑starter capable of handling small and medium‑scale projects, multiple projects, and prioritizing appropriately.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must be friendly, professional, and capable of building rapport with vendors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Illinois, New York location: $40,000.00‑$75,000.00.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and within a team to concept, budget, pitch, and produce successful activations, all with varying budgets.
  • Develop strong storytelling and presentation skills, including creating client‑facing decks with write‑ups and visuals.
  • Assess feasibility when fleshing out projects/budgets to build client trust in strategy and recommendations.
  • Create project timelines, production schedules, and overall event documentation.
  • Seek advice and support from appropriate team members when issues arise, maintaining a calm and levelheaded approach.
  • Coordinate and lead communication as the conduit between experiential/production partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery and alignment.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and solution‑orientation, pivoting with rationale and clear communication on next steps.
  • Proactively find new vendors or opportunities to expand service offerings; stay eager to learn and evolve with the industry.
  • Background in technology and production, including vendor relations and ability to speak general terminology is desired.
  • Attend client/lead agency meetings, oversee builds at production shops, install/strike, site visits, and activations, keeping the client’s best interest top of mind.
  • Maintain a collaborative mindset, seeking guidance and support from team members while demonstrating humility and composure when navigating challenges.
  • Build relationships by cultivating and maintaining positive interactions with internal/external partners and clients.
  • Participate in Rapport/IPG MediaBrands offered program, projects, courses to grow.
