Job summary

Momentum Worldwide is seeking an Experiential Production professional to lead execution across activations, tours and virtual experiences. You will manage client relationships, budgets, and cross-functional teams to bring events to life on tight timelines.

Travel readiness is required as projects span the U.S., and you will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure a high standard of experiential output and seamless client satisfaction across multiple programs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in experiential marketing or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience producing mobile tours and field marketing programs preferred
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and vendor management
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agency processes and workflow

Responsibilities

  • Execute projects within agency standards, budgets and timelines
  • Manage client relationships and set expectations per agency philosophy
  • Oversee event components, staff, reporting and post-event activities
  • Build knowledge of client business and agency capabilities
  • Use agency tools to communicate terms, POs and start dates
  • Coordinate information flow to team and vendors in a timely manner
  • Support budget management and invoicing
  • Participate in event planning meetings and on-site logistics
  • Mentor junior team members and staff on site

While you will be assigned to a particular client, we ultimately work as a collective to support the production of experiential activations across all of our clients. In addition to being exposed to multiple clients, you will work on a broad range of activations from mobile tours to major sponsorship activations to virtual experiences. Like we said, every day is different, but that's what keeps it interesting. So, we are looking for team players with a strong work ethic and next level organizational skills who have the desire and ability to travel at a moment's notice to produce events throughout the U.S. The work isn't always glamorous, but there is nothing like the feeling of bringing events to life, especially now!HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)Responsible for project execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframesProvide client contact, assisting Business Leadership with managing the relationship and expectations in accordance with agency philosophyDirectly responsible for management of components of events within account base. This includes event activities, event staff management, reporting, and post-event activities.Build thorough understanding of client's businessUtilize agency tools in conveying all necessary information (i.e. Terms and Conditions, Purchase Orders, production job starts)Solicit and provide all relevant job information to team members in a timely mannerDevelop working knowledge of agency's capabilitiesSuccessfully participate in the management of project financials in accordance with agency policy and procedureEstablish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teamsUtilize agency resources appropriately and efficientlyMentor and manage more junior team members including temporary event staffNegotiate event specifics with vendors and event organizersPrepare reports for management and clients, detailing program specificsParticipate in concept development meetings of current programs and new marketing programsAssist in budget and invoice managementParticipate in event advance meetingsWork on-site at eventsSupporting Momentum's valuesAll other duties as assignedHERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)5+ years of professional experience within experiential marketing industryBasic technical production skills desirableUnderstanding / experience producing sustainable events preferredExperience producing mobile tours and field marketing programs preferredSolid communication skills – written and verbalStrong computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OutlookPolished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the businessProven success in project management and managing multiple prioritiesHistory of developing effective working relationships across a diverse teamSolid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflowDemonstrates understanding of branding and brand valueABOUT US - MOMENTUM WORLDWIDEMomentum is an agency of doers. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
