Job summary

Bitmovin Inc. is seeking a Customer Technical Account Manager to serve as the trusted technical advisor for leading OTT customers in the Middle East region. You will drive OTT workflows, advise on integrations, and articulate business value to C-level stakeholders.

You will collaborate with global teams to maximize customer success, expand revenue, and ensure smooth onboarding of cloud streaming services while addressing performance, DRM, and analytics considerations.

Qualifications

Experience in technical account management or similar customer-facing role.
Experience in OTT/cloud streaming in the Media & Entertainment sector.
Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) and streaming tech.
Fluency in English; ability to communicate with executives.
Degree in CS/Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical advisor for assigned OTT customers in the Middle East.
Engage with engineers to C-level executives, APIs & integrations, articulating business impact and ROI.
Drive product adoption and onboarding of cloud streaming services.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to grow existing customer revenue.
Collaborate with Product, Support, and Global Partner teams to resolve issues and unlock additional customer value.
Monitor customer health metrics and mitigate risks to retention and revenue growth.
