Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a full-time Over the Road (OTR) Mobile Unit Driver to safely transport and position our mobile units to events. You will set up/tear down trailers, assist technicians with installation and maintenance, and travel across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

The role requires 5+ years OTR driving with a CDL-A, a clean driving record, and DOT Medical Card. Heavy lifting, manual transmissions, and DOT reporting knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of over-the-road (OTR) experience driving a commercial CDL-A vehicle.
• Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• Experience with electronics repair/installation preferred; able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive 18- and 10-speed manual transmission trucks and operate heavy vehicles.
• Knowledge of DOT reporting requirements and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks to support remote operations across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Plan routes for time and equipment efficiency; set up and tear down trailers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisors on maintenance and repairs; follow DOT rules.
• Interact with client technical staff at remote events; travel 100% as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and keep equipment stocked.
