Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is hiring a full-time Over the Road (OTR) Mobile Unit Driver to transport and set up our mobile production trailers for events across the United States. The driver ensures safe delivery, performs inspections, and supports technicians on-site.

Required: CDL-A, clean driving record, 5+ years OTR, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to travel; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Five plus years’ over-the-road experience driving a commercial CDL-A vehicle.
• Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card current and valid.
• Hands-on electronics repair/installation preferred; ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to drive manual transmissions (18 and 10 speed).
• Familiarity with DOT reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks to move equipment nationally.
• Plan routes for time and fuel efficiency.
• Set up and tear down trailers at events; assist with trucks.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance with local facilities and supervisor.
• Comply with DOT regulations and maintain documentation.
• Interact with client technical staff at remote sites.
