Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Over the Road (OTR) Mobile Unit Driver to safely transport and operate our mobile units to events across the United States.

You will drive, set up and tear down trailers, and assist technicians with installation, operation and servicing of BSI systems. The role requires five-plus years of OTR experience, a valid CDL-A, an excellent driving record, and the ability to work long hours and travel 100%.

Qualifications

• Five plus years’ over-the-road experience driving a commercial (CDL-A).
• Valid CDL Class A Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Maintains a clean DOT medical card.
• Hands-on experience with electronics (repair/installation).
• Must be able to drive 18 and 10 speed manual transmissions.
• Familiarity with DOT reporting requirements.
• Ability to drive CDL Class A and B vehicle (auto and manual).
• High school diploma.
• Able to perform heavy manual tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Able to interact with client production staff at remote events.
• Willing to travel 100%; Monday–Sunday/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the mobile unit to NEP standards.
• Transport remote equipment and studio trailers to events.
• Set up and tear down trailers and assist with trailers.
• Assist technicians with installation, operation and servicing of BSI systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
