Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a full-time Over the Road (OTR) Mobile Unit Driver to ensure the safe and timely delivery of mobile units to event locations. You will operate and maintain the mobile unit to NEP standards, set up/tear down trailers, and assist technicians with installation and repair at events.

Qualifications

• Five plus years’ over-the-road experience driving a commercial (CDL-A).
• Valid CDL Class A Driver’s License with a clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• Maintains a clean driving record and DOT regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on electronics repair/installation experience preferred; lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to drive 18- and 10-speed manual transmission trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates company trucks to support remote operations across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
• Plans routes for economical use of time and equipment.
• Sets up and tears down support trucks and assists with the trailer.
• Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Furnishes required DOT documentation as needed and ensures trailer is stocked with supplies.
• Performs maintenance and technical support on equipment and subsystems at client sites.
