Job summary

NEP Group Inc. in Stamford, CT seeks a full-time Over the Road (OTR) Mobile Unit Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of mobile units to events and to assist with setup/teardown and on-site technical support.

The role covers route planning, routine inspections, and coordination with DOT requirements while supporting technicians with installation, operation, and servicing of BSI systems at remote locations. Extensive travel is required across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OTR experience with a commercial CDL-A license.
• Valid CDL Class A license and clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card and familiarity with DOT reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate manual transmission trucks.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to events across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Set up/tear down trailers and assist with equipment installation.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on assigned vehicles.
• Plan fuel-efficient routes and coordinate with Transportation Supervisor.
• Ensure DOT compliance and maintain required documentation.
• Interact with client staff and provide on-site support during events.
