Job summary

PepsiCo in Topeka, KS, is seeking a professional driver to safely deliver popular brands to local stores and stock shelves. The role starts with paid driver training and CDL progression, then operates a tractor-trailer to move products between facilities and retail locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer after training and transport products to and from facilities and stores.
• Load and unload trailers and complete delivery paperwork, logs, and manifests.

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Complete paid driver training designed for candidates with little to no Class-A CDL operating experience
• Work toward successful completion of a Truck Driving CDL program, with Frito-Lay covering some or all eligible training costs
• Safely operate a tractor/trailer after training and transport products to and from Frito-Lay facilities, grocery stores, rural storage units, vendor locations, backhaul locations, and other traffic centers
• Load and unload trailers using manual methods, palletized loading/unloading, four-wheeled carts, or a two-wheeler as needed
• Complete delivery paperwork, logs, invoices, manifests, proof of receipt, returns, and pre- and post-trip truck inspections
