Job summary

ACERTUS seeks an OTR Dispatch Coordinator I to coordinate moves between drivers, Account Consultants, and the Closing Department, owning each order from grid entry through delivery to closing.

You will ensure timely execution, accurate documentation, and proactive communication while following SOPs in a fast-paced logistics environment. Monday–Friday schedule with a $23/hr compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of dispatching experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build lines of effective and professional communication with internal team members IC drivers and other departments throughout the company.
• Responsible for the overall orders that are on the OTR grid. Move between grids to build runs; follow SOP.
• Identify and add Load incentives to orders that qualify with management approval; move Car Haul orders to the appropriate grid.
• Review and organize orders to form planned runs; prioritize those nearing SLA deviations.
• Dispatch orders using T3 and Transport; minimum standard of 75 per week.
• Answer and initiate requests from internal departments using Zendesk.
• Initiate EOD reports twice daily (start and end of shift).
• Review SLA reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills for driver concerns.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.
