Qualifications

• 2+ years of office, dispatch experience, and customer service management experience.
• Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
• Transportation/dispatch knowledge a huge plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn new software and proprietary software (Profit Tools).

• Routing/Tracking and assisting drivers with daily operations
• Intermodal tracking of containers and shipments status on the port of NY/NJ
