Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our safety-focused team, operating routes from Phoenix, AZ to Las Vegas, NV and beyond. You'll haul hazardous and non-hazardous loads, with 2 weeks out and 3,000+ miles per week on average, ensuring compliance with DOT and safety standards.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, with an average annual income of $200,000 to $250,000, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to use mobile apps and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the priority and follows safe work practices.
• Operates tractor trailer units.
• Adheres to weights and proper utilization of units.
• Loads/unloads hazardous and non-hazardous waste with proper securing.
• Places Placards per DOT requirements.
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports.

Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety conscious team in Phoenix, Az or Las Vegas, NV. This route runs from Phoenix, AZ/Las Vegas, NV to Aragonite, UT; OTR; 2 weeks out; 3000+ miles a week

About The Role

• Average $200-250K per year
• Bi-Weekly home time
• Compensation package includes on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
• Minium 12 months of Class A driving experience
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
