J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position running all 48 states. A structured mentor training program helps transition into a solo career with consistent miles and a clear path for pay increases.

Orientation is in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel accommodations provided; paid training; wage progression from $0.35 CPM to $0.60 CPM as you gain experience. Home time is 10–14 days out, with reliable dry van freight.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL obtained within past 12 months (recent graduates welcome)
• Limited recent carrier experience (≤3 months)
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
• Live within 90 days of Houston
