J Rose Enterprises seeks motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) role across all 48 states. A structured mentor program guides you to solo status with consistent miles and a clear pay ladder.

Orientation is in Springdale, AR with travel/hotel provided. Paid training at $75/day; post-training pay starts at $0.35 CPM, increasing to $0.70 after 3 months and $0.75 after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• CDL within the past 12 months.
• Pass DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening.
