Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking entry-level Class A CDL truck drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) trainee program running across all 48 states. You will undergo hands-on mentor training to transition into a solo career with guaranteed miles and a clear pay progression.

Orientation is provided in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel covered. Training pay is $75 per day, followed by CPM pay of $0.35–0.55 as you advance, with 2,500+ miles weekly and a rider policy option.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL obtained within past 12 months
• DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
• Live within 90 miles of Louisville, KY

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across all 48 continental states.
• Complete mentor training before solo driving.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Meet mileage targets: 2,500+ miles per week.
