Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an OTR role running all 48 states. A structured mentor training program supports your transition to a solo career with consistent miles and room to grow pay.

Orientation is in Springdale, AR with travel and hotel fully provided; meals include a $100 stipend. Training pay is $75 per day, then 0.35 CPM post-training with milestones to 0.60 and 0.65 CPM.

Qualifications

• New Class A CDL holders are eligible and recent graduates are welcome.
• Must meet DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across all 48 states.
• Complete hands-on training with a dedicated mentor during the program.
• Maintain safe driving record and meet performance milestones.
