J Rose Enterprises is seeking entry-level Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) trainee program. Drivers will operate across all 48 states, starting with paid training and a mentorship to advance to solo driving.

The program includes a formal orientation, a clear pay progression, and consistent miles with dry van freight. After training, drivers move into post-training pay milestones and ongoing benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL obtained within the past 12 months
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
• Must live within 90 miles of Kansas City.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across all 48 continental states.
• Maintain steady mileage with 2,500+ miles per week.
• Follow structured dispatch with a mentor during training.
