Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking entry level Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) trainee program. New hires start with a mentor-based training period, with all travel and hotel accommodations provided for orientation in Springdale, AR.

The role offers consistent miles and a clear path to higher pay as you progress. On qualification, drivers will advance from paid training to CPM-based pay with milestones at 0.50 CPM after 3 months and 0.55 CPM after 1 year, with ongoing weekly mileage

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and must have obtained within the past 12 months.
• DOT safety, background and drug/alcohol screening requirements must be met.
• Must live within 90 miles of Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road (OTR) trucking across all 48 continental states.
• Participate in mentor training and graduate to solo driving after program completion.
• Maintain steady mileage with dry van freight and structured dispatch.
