J Rose Enterprises is seeking motivated, newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) role running all 48 states. The program includes a mentor training period to help you transition into a solo driving career.

You’ll start with paid training at $75 per day, then progress through pay milestones: $0.35 CPM, $0.70 CPM after 3 months, and $0.75 CPM after 1 year, with 2,500+ miles weekly and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL obtained within past 12 months
• DOT safety/duty requirements compliance
• Live within 90 miles of Columbus, OH

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR across all 48 continental states
• Participate in mentor training program
• Adhere to dispatch schedules and safety policies
