Orientation is in Springdale, AR, with travel and hotel provided. Training pay is $75 per day, and post-training pay starts at 0.35 CPM, rising to 0.70 CPM after 3 months and 0.75 CPM after one year, with 2,500+ miles per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• CDL must have been obtained within the past 12 months.
• Must meet DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• Must live within 90 days of Hammond, IN.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR across all 48 continental states.
• Participate in mentor training and graduate to solo status.
• Maintain DOT compliance and safe driving records.
