Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking entry-level Class A CDL truck drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position covering all 48 states. A structured mentor program helps new drivers transition to solo status with steady miles and a clear pay pathway.

Training includes orientation in Springdale, AR with travel/hotel, a $75/day training wage, and a final testing phase in Arkansas. After training, drivers earn CPM pay with milestones for 3 months and 1 year, plus a benefits package and rider option.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• CDL within past 12 months welcomed (recent grads).
• DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate Over-the-Road routes across all 48 continental states.
• Work with mentor during培训 and upgrade to solo status after training.
• Maintain 2,500+ miles per week of dry van freight.
